24-Hour Behavioral Information & Referral Line
The Psychiatric Assessment Center are always available for individuals seeking psychiatric services or information.
Help for people with addictions like alcohol, drugs and prescriptions.
The Recovery Village is a for profit treatment center that offers comprehensive treatment for dual diagnosis based drug and alcohol rehab, eating disorder and mental health treatments tailored to the patient’s specific needs. Their website is an educational resource that hosts helpful articles, blog posts, and resource pages to increase the understanding and awareness of addiction.
Nebraska Family Helpline
Help for Nebraska families when dealing with their children’s behavioral health problems.
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
Helps individuals in suicidal crisis to contact the nearest available suicide prevention and mental health service provider through a toll-free phone number.
The Warm Line provides an opportunity for persons with mental illness to receive support by phone.
The NAMI HelpLine is a free service that provides information, referrals and support to people living with a mental health condition, family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public. A well-trained and knowledgeable team of volunteers, interns and HelpLine staff will respond to your call or message. Many staff members and volunteers live with a mental health condition or provide care and support to a family member or friend. The HelpLine also has volunteer attorneys and legal interns who provide legal expertise or a referral to an attorney in your community.

NAMI at UNO is a student-led organization, therefore does not have a secure location. If you wish to know more about our location for students, click the location button.
Meetings will be held monthly for interested undergraduate and graduate students and the UNO community. Our current meetings are at different times and schedule is sent monthly to the everybody registered with the organization.
