I appreciate the fact that there are couples of activities that were presented during Mental Illness Awareness Week. You can definitely see that they have prepared so much for this to raise certain causes like mental illness awareness which is very timely and relevant to our country. Gone are the days wherein people keep themselves quite in regards with mental illness. We need to be there for each other and encourage them to see the light. Once they feel that they have a strong support system, they will be motivated to fight their illnesses and try to live a better lives for themselves.
